Shrimp Curry Recipe
Get the frozen shrimps out of the freezer a few hours before you use them.
Ground Masala Paste
- 5 dry chili
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
- A bit of water
Grind it into a paste
Pan
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 chopped onions
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
Put some oil into a pan, add the cumin seeds, bay leaves and chopped onions.
Wait till onions turn light brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
Wait till tomatoes turn soft. Add the prepared paste, then some salt and turmeric powder.
After 5 min, add the prawns and then the garam masala.
Add some water and cook it for 10 min.
Finally, add some curry and coriander leaves
