You need 1 big or 2 mid-sized zucchini, olive oil, one can of cooked chickpeas, 1 clove of garlic, one teaspoon of cumin, a bit of cayenne pepper and sesame.
First the sesame gets roasted in the olive oil, after that put it aside. Cut the zucchini in pieces and roast it from both sides. When all the zucchini are roasted, add the chickpeas together with the cut clove of garlic and the roasted zucchini.
Lastly, add the cayenne pepper and cumin, and then it’s finished after a few minutes.
